Our Classic Margherita pizza is a testament to the beauty of simplicity. Made in the authentic Neapolitan tradition, this pizza features our signature hand-stretched dough, topped with sweet and tangy San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, fragrant basil leaves, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
The Margherita is named after Queen Margherita of Italy, who in 1889 was presented with a pizza featuring the colors of the Italian flag: red (tomatoes), white (mozzarella), and green (basil).

Our Pizza-Making Process
Each Margherita pizza is crafted with care following traditional Neapolitan techniques:
- The dough is prepared 24 hours in advance, allowing for slow fermentation which develops complex flavors
- Each dough ball is hand-stretched, never rolled, to preserve the delicate air bubbles that create our signature light and airy crust
- San Marzano tomatoes are crushed by hand and minimally seasoned to let their natural sweetness shine
- Fresh mozzarella is sliced to the perfect thickness and arranged strategically on the pizza
- The pizza is baked in our specialty stone ovens at 850°F (450°C) for approximately 90 seconds
- Fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil are added immediately after baking
