Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • Provide a valid contact number where we can reach you regarding the delivery

Failed Deliveries

If we cannot deliver your order because no one is available at the delivery address or the address is inaccessible, we may leave your order at a secure location, return it to our premises, or dispose of it. In such cases, you will still be charged for the order.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms & Conditions or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms & Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.

Severability

No waiver by Pizzaiolo of any term or condition set out in these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Pizzaiolo to assert a right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Pizzaiolo regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Pizzaiolo.

Amendments
